The pull-through sites here are gravel and most are fairly level. The sites with a lake/river view are better than 1-4. Satellite reception can be difficult depending on site, but they do have cable TV. We found the folks that run the park to be very nice and helpful. You're escorted to your site. Laundry room is spotless. Location is nice and peaceful and only a few miles from town. We would stay here again.

We had a pull-through site: large, level concrete site with nice separation. Park is well maintained as you would expect when paying over $50.00 a night on a weekly rate. Pool and jucuzzi are clean. Park is easy to navigate. Staying in the pull-throughs allow you to be in the RV area and not mixed in with the chalets, which we preferred. This is our second stay here.

Rate is based on a monthly of $400.00 (includes electric). Nice park with large well spaced sites, however, half of the pull through sites are not very level and require you to use boards under your levelers. Sites and interior roads are gravel which makes the park a little dusty. Laundry room is very clean. Location close to town but not too close, a plus. Internet access takes some effort to set up but works well once online. Park has many full time resident workers which is a negative to us as it gives the park a different feel.

Excellent state park. Sites are well spaced allowing lots of distance between campers. Large pull throughs sites and park easy to navigate. Definitely Big Rig friendly. Beautiful views of the Catalina mountains. Restrooms very nice and clean.

Good level gravel sites. Nice view of surrounding mountains and valley. Laundry room was very clean and washers/dryers looked new. Looks like the park is being upgraded. The pool was empty and needed some work as well as a few buildings but the rustic look of some buildings seem to fit the overall park theme. Excellent customer service and the WiFi worked great. Limited cell phone. However I was able to make calls in certain areas of the park. Would stay here again.

Nice location near river. Some sites on river for an extra charge. We we're early in the season so lots of weeding an general upkeep was being done. Some sites were more level that others. Park had quite a large group of full time local workers which seemed to give the park a somewhat different feel. One truck driver arrived home in the evening in his work truck a very large diesel long haul truck. Overall good for the price and the best in the area.

Good access roads and large sites. We have a 37ft motorhome and had plenty of room in a pull thru site in the designated RV loop. Also sites are large enough in the Mt. Lion loop which I thought was nicer. It was further from the road noise. Bathrooms clean. Close to town some shaded sites.

Rating based on a primitive campground. Many sites are situated to allow lots of room between sites and privacy. In Ponderosa pines however not what I would describe as thick forest. Two miles from downtown Prescott. We stayed at park in May mid week and it was quiet, however, we were told on weekends in the summer it gets packed with folks from Phoenix. Compost toilets were clean.

Nice campground depending on your site. Some sites have shade trees and other larger pull thru sites are out in the "flat lands" closer to the hwy. We had a beautiful end spot but others were in close together sites with very uneven surfaces. WiFi was intermittent. Workkampers went from very friendly to rude. They definitely don't like having to move you around in the the park, just too difficult to deal with the computer. Not great customer service in the office.

Beautiful setting in the mountains north of Dolores. Sites are large and half of the sites backup to the river. Many of the sites have large grassy areas in between each RV which gives nice separation and adds the the beauty of the park. Laundry room was very clean and they have paid WiFi. No cell phone reception and you need to go to Dolores or Telluride and stock up on groceries. It's a 20 mile trip to Dolores. Excellent park.

Quiet scenic location. Close to Lake Cristobal for fishing etc.. Hiking is excellent. The owners Don & Diane are the best. Lower sites enjoy the sound of a small waterfall that Don created from the natural spring that flows down the mountainside. Sites are well spaced and the park is elevated so all sites have nice views. Free WiFi and store has a small stock of RV supplies. Definitely will stay here again.

Sites are close together and very few trees The sites are mostly gravel mixed with weeds. Moab gets a lot of visitors with jeeps, which is fine but when they're allowed to turn there RV site into a repair garage it gives the park a very trashy look and the smell of gasoline is unpleasant. I saw numerous oil spills which the owners attempted to soak up with kitty litter, what a mess! The front office folks are very nice, laundry room very clean and WiFi service excellent but overall this park needs some maintenance and needs to set some rules regarding automotive repairs at the sites. We'll stay at one of the other nicer parks in the area next time. We camped in a motorhome.
